It's still at 10% CPU usage, and 22MB/sec Disk. P.S. I have an SSD. hours after attempting to download the files, they finally finished scanning. Windows 11 insider preview stuck with download % lately i've signed up for insider program, and today when i'm trying to update with "Windows 11 insider preview (co-release), then it's stuck at downloading %.

While those browsers are caught in an endless loop, it appears the download is stuck even though it says %. Only Edge made it clear it was scanning it and not still actually downloading it. Once any of these browsers gets stuck, if you try to cancel the download or close the browser, even after the browser appears to be closed, something is still running until you restart the system. I had seen the update in my windows (Windows 10 version KB). I had downloaded it. But it was stuck at %. But when connected to internet, it started consuming data.
